On May 7-9, 2024, Director of the Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training (Training Center) Natia Zaalishvili and Head of the Department of Finance of the Training Centre, Lali Pertia, were on an official visit to the Republic of Macedonia. The delegation observed the elections of Members of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia and the second round of the Presidential Elections.

Within the framework of the official visit, the representatives of the Training Centre met with the Chairman of the Election Commission of the Republic of Macedonia, Aleksandar Dashtevski, they attended the briefing organized for international observers and monitored the voting process at the polling stations on the election day.

Elections in the Republic of Macedonia were held on May 8, 2024. The director of the Training Centre and the head of the structural unit took part in the international observation mission due to the official invitation of the Election Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia.
